30-day free returns

Return window: 30 days from the day your order is delivered. Return cost: free. We email you a prepaid Royal Mail return label, so there is nothing to pay. Refund type: a full refund to your original payment method, processed within 5 to 7 working days of the parcel reaching us. Returns are accepted from anywhere in the United Kingdom.

How to return

1. Email hello@jamallamas.com or use the contact form, quoting your order number.
2. We email you a free prepaid Royal Mail return label.
3. Pack the set in its original packaging with the tags attached and fix the label to the parcel.
4. Hand it in at any Post Office. We refund you within 5 to 7 working days of receiving it.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• Please return items in their original packaging where possible.
• Returns must be started within 30 days of delivery, quoting the order number.
• No restocking fee. No return postage to pay.

Exchanges

To exchange for a different size or colour, return your original item using the free label and place a new order for the one you want. We refund the original purchase within 5 to 7 working days.

Faulty or damaged items

If anything arrives faulty or damaged, contact us straight away with your order number and photos. We arrange a free return collection, send a replacement where available, and refund in full including your original delivery cost.
